Andy Green leverages nearly 30 years of successful worldwide sales and executive management experience in his leadership of Cloudscaling’s channel and partner strategies. His success building indirect pipeline sales strategies includes industry segment leaders such as Wyse, The Santa Cruz Operation, Inc., Sun Microsystems, Chordiant and CIC. He created the first value added channel sales organizations in the industry and has been highly successful in establishing markets for new products, from the WYSE 50, through to SCO UNIX, and on to Java.
Andy has led successful cross-functional teams to bring enterprise products to diverse markets. His experience combines relationship and communication skills with keen business acumen to create business opportunities that propel revenue growth, profitability and market penetration.
At Catbird Networks, he developed and implemented a channel strategy that brought VMware and other key strategic channel partners on board for this successful virtualization and cloud security leader. As founder of PenData Solutions, he led a team that successfully penetrated enterprise and government markets, essentially recession-proofing the pipeline. At SiVault, he created 12 ISV and IHV strategic alliances that drove 75 percent of the sales pipeline, enroute to building a $20 million indirect sales pipeline in just seven months. For The Santa Cruz Operation, Andy delivered 30 percent of the corporate revenue by building the first UNIX distribution channels with 3,000 integrators.
